Lump breaker

Lump breaker consists of a rotor, which oscillates. When the product is fed into the Lump breaker the rotor gently pushes the dried desiccated coconut towards the bottom screen. Thus the lumps are loosened and fine desiccated coconuts are produced.

Coconut Flow Washing Machine

Two stage stainless steel tank where water is filled and circulated using a high pressure pump. As the coconuts, vegetables, fruits are fed into the tank, water pressure makes the products to ow further. A specially designed SS-304 conveyor is used to move the products to the second tank.
